Hello! I am Jonathan Wainman (known as Jonny).

I am a Subject Leader for Psychology and teach at a Secondary School in Hertfordshire, England. I am also an Assistant Director of Sixth Form.

With an academic background in Psychology, my passion lies in investigating human behaviour in a wide range of contexts. An aim of mine for a few years has been to delve deeper into the research conducted in both Psychology and Education.

​

This blog will include some of my work, notably with the Chartered College of Teaching, of which I am a loyal member, and also my postgraduate studies.

With reference to the latest research in Psychology and Education, I will be discussing my thoughts on different topics and the implications that they might have on classroom practice.
